First off, this is not a customer service representative job. This is a sales job. They are looking for new agents not customer service Representatives. Don't let the job posting fool you. First part of interview went fairly easy and did not give much information other than to come in for an hour long presentation. That's where I found out that this was a sales job and not a customer service job. This is also 100% commission only. There is no base pay, and no benefits. They do require you to purchase your own health insurance if hired and supply proof of that every 3 months which then they will give you a reimbursement for. Also a insurance licensing is required for this position.
