      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Bankers Life (Los Angeles, CA) nel mese di nov 2015

      Colloquio

      You were first put in an open area with seating for about 25 and was asked to fill out a personality quiz. Then we were ushered into a conference room and were given the hard sell on why you should work for Banker's life. They target baby boomers and retired people selling life insurance, health insurance and investments. You would be going to their home and presenting the products one on one. Pay is commission only and they suggest you spend the first two weeks studying and passing the license tests. You need to pay for these and come every day dressed in business attire. Then for the next month you would be paired with your mentor who would accompany you to the sales calls and help. It sounded like more money would be made after you were mentoring other people. It felt like a multi level marketing scheme. They said only a few would be selected and a lot of it was based on the personality profiles we filled out. After the spiel, we had a one minute interview with the manager and then were told to leave our cell phones on and we would be called within the hour. I was called and offered a job but was told I needed to start work the following day. High pressure and felt fishy to me so I declined the job.

      Very informative group interview. The company seems to have a great open door policy. I'm interested in seeing the future holds with this company. The training bootcamp seem to be a bit over kill but I'm sure I could use all of the training that's offered.

      First thing to do when I get there is write down if I know anyone else who wants the job and their contact info. Then in the actual interview, there were barely any questions about me. I was the one asking the interviewer questions. Didn't really find out much about the company or average day of work. All they did was tell me how rich I can become if I work hard enough. Hmmmmmm..... seems like a MLM.
