Interview was very misleading. they act like they are giving you an opportunity and they know that they will loose most of the people that sign up. They have a big ra rah seminar making it sound like there is all this money to be made. That is not the case.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
