Online application, video interview, then technical interview through conference call at the New York office. It was a good learning opportunity, being my first with a company of this caliber. I prepped by reading brain teasers and studying quant type questions like BS pricing, econometrics, etc. I think they could do better by giving some hints on the nature of the interview (especially the in person one) eg. I ask if I should bring anything with me and was told to just bring myself and ended up struggling to find pen and paper for the math questions (had to use the blank spots on their pamphlets smh) The interview was at 9pm (had to coordinate with Singapore's schedule) so no secretary was around and once the security left me, the conference room section was a ghost town.

apply, OA test. There are many questions. They refer quant, communication, calculation, EQ and etc. The interviewees can do the practice before the real test. It is necessary to finish on time and quickly.
