Received an email that said what branch I should visit on a dreary Monday morning.
Scheduled for 3:30 but interview started only after 4pm. 2 people sat in for the interview but mostly only one person asked the questions while the other seemed like was from HR and just to take notes. the Interviewer many example based questions.

7 Can you tell me about a time when you've had to convince someone of your point of view?

Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.

My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.
