Multiple rounds, this was a situation where I was being recruited by management so I had leverage. Most of the people I met with do not engage with me on the job. Interviewers' focus was more on how commercial I am rather than my actual skill set.
Online values test, followed by 1st stage with the hiring manager, based on a case study sent to me in advance on how to reporting on MI and make recommendations

Explain case study that was sent on MI and reporting
The over application process is standard.
However, the response time is quite long. It could go without any feedback (even rejection) for months.
For senior jobs it is not a good experience.

7 interviews covering various competencies separately with the final one with the Line Manager. However, covering one competency individually allows one to get into the depths and useful for the candiates and employer.
