Two interviews. One from more creative perspective, another from more analytical. The questions were mostly around the company’s values and personal experience being linked to them. Overall was a positive experience

The interview was quite challenging but really nice. There were lots of questions about skills demonstration ("Tell me about a time when...") and some questions about my career interests, what I know about Barclays, why I want to work for Barclays etc. We had some nice discussions about the future of marketing and what the company is currently focused on. Overall, the interview experience was very positive and I was looking forward to hearing from them. They stated multiple times that they will share the offer decision within 7 days of the interview. That did not happen - I haven't heard from them at all, and all my emails asking for an update were ignored by the hiring manager. I'm really disappointed in the company - they showed a lack of respect for candidates and did not deliver.
