It was a 30 minute interview which started with a pre prepared presentation on relevant work that I had undertaken during my undergraduate degree. The rest of the interview consisted of motivational/strength based questions and discussing how PhD's work at Oxford.

I interviewed with global head of rates strat. The interview went on-site. The hiring manager was nice but apparently he did not have a clear idea on what candidate/profiles he was after. The interview contained multiple questions about my resume but nothing in depth
