Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Barclays (New York, NY) nel mese di gen 2015
Colloquio
3 back to back interviews, largely behavioral but I believe that's primarily due to how I steered the interview. I believe that interviews at barclays are largely based on how much you have to say--if you allow for awkward pauses and strange silences, then you will get technical questions. I felt that my process was largely behavioral because I had more to say about my personal experiences and life than the average person. I discussed market news, politics, and personal stories from my resume more than anything else. It was a very personal process.

Domanda 1
1. Biggest strengths/weaknesses
2. Walk me through your resume -- Honestly most of the conversation was nitpicking on my resume. know every line on your resume in and out.
3. Tell me about a time you did something unethical
4. Tell me about a time you faced a challenge and what you did about it
5. Tell me about a time you had to stand up for something
Asked Technicals for 30 mins straight then a few behaviorals scattered in their as well. Got reffered by an associate then got the first round it was honestly a pleasant experience

Colloquio
It was a tough interview process which required two components the first of which was a 45 minute interview followed up by a 75 minute case study interview. There was a 15 minute gap in between

I took the online assessment a week ago. It consists of a cognitive test (about 15 minutes, many questions with repetitive questions), and easy Math questions. Not getting the rejection letter, but still waiting for the response
