I attended it as part of campus and it started with an online assessment which had about 18 behavioural questions. Later on they was a Group Discussion and finally the interview round. The interview was full of questions like.. difference between futures and forwards, Method of valuation of options, formula of Black Scholes Model, When YTM is more than Discount rate does the bond trade at par or premium or at a discount, AS 19, How do you calculate YTM, Difference between co insurance and reinsurance, etc
