They make you take a home test which includes answering certain prompts, to basically CREATE a 12 months program, that takes about 2-3 according to them, but in reality takes more time. No matter your financial situation or work search progress , DO NOT CREATE OR GIVE them your ideas. They also do not give feedback on your exam, which I found to be extremely unprofessional. Great recruiters help others thrive, these recruiters are straight up unprofessional and not very kind for a health company.
