There were a number of tasks to complete: Answer a phone call from a potential parent Keep 2 parents "entertained" whilst they waited for the Head Reply to an email from an international candidate Everything was geared to what you know now, rather than your ideas or your potential, for example, one of the questions was "When is your next open day?" I'm sure if I was in post I would have organised that, therefore would have known. I googled afterwards and I couldn't find an answer
