Very well. This company hires very few people, but have an Ad every minute of the day. They are very picky to the point of passing over very high ranking sales people. I have had many people tell me this. One phone interview, better not be yourself, they will not move you forward. I really am a very intelligent person that has a very reputable background. The others that I have talked to said it is a head scratcher as to why they never move any applicants forward.
