I called the store and asked if they had any openings. She asked me to come in and fill out an application. As I handed her an application, she called me to the back for an interview. The next day I was notified that I received the job.

Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.
