Always in a group setting. Most of the basic questions that you normally get in an interview. They usually know pretty quick if they want to hire you. Some others will wait a few days and then call you after they decide. They mostly hire around the holidays, or at least October.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
