I applied 5 days before I got an interview. Walking into it I didn't realize it was going to be group interview between me and 3 other women. They really want someone with previous work experience which both other women had but me.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
