My interview was very pleasant. It was a group interview with 5 others. One manager and a long time sales associate were the interviewers. We all sat and answered multiple questions. We then explored the store and set up mock customer and sale associate interactions.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
