The first phase of the interview process was conducted over the phone. I had a quick phone conversation with the store manager, who then asked me if I would like the come in for an in-person interview shortly thereafter. The in-person interview was conducted in the style of a group interview. We were all seated on a bench in the shopping mall outside the store. The store manager was fun and easygoing and tried to put us all at ease. She asked us to name our favourite BBW product and describe why we liked it. She also asked us to outline why we wanted to work at BBW. Overall the interview was not too long and very relaxed. It seemed like the manager was looking for enthusiastic, personable and high-energy people.
