It was a group interview 2 people didn't know up. They had us pick our favorite product and explain why and then try to sell it to them. We then went in the back and answered interview questions in a group. It was different but laid back. I felt more comfortable than I ever have in an interview.

First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).
