The Interview Process was fairly easy. I applied online and was called about a week later for an interview. It was an group interview so there were three other people that interviewed with me. The manager gave each of us a chance to answer her questions.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
