Very straight forward. The manager did a fantastic job of explaining the expectations of the position. She also took the time to share her own experience with the company. The interview process was easy, and all of the employees seemed engaged and happy to be there.

Group interview with normal interview questions, no weird "gotchas.' Very chill environment. I recommend asking the interviewer about their experience in the job, to get an idea of the team and how you'll fit into it.
