Approx a day later got a call saying I have processed to the next step, which is an interview with the GM in their offices in the city. Met with the GM and also 2.I.C. Very relaxed environment due to the nature of the interviewers. Amenable to negotiating work arrangements to accommodation individual needs of their employees.
