I interviewed at a job fair for junior military officers. We met in various hotel rooms. I interviewed with a Managing Director for about an hour. Within a few weeks I had two more phone interviews. An offer was made and I accepted.

In eerste instantie duidelijk en goed sollicitatieproces. Alleen wanneer er richting aanbieding gegaan werd, werd het onduidelijk. Ik moest lang wachten en hierdoor ben ik niet verder gegaan in het proces.

Werd na de tweede ronde afgewezen ook al had ik de case en presentatie goed gedaan. Afwijzing was oa op grond van "cultural fit." Eerste gesprek was informeel, interviewers maakten een goede indruk op me. Tweede gesprek had een paar fit vragen, een Guesstimation vraag en presentatie.
Met de recruiter over het algemeen wel een heel positieve ervaring gehad. Was altijd bereikbaar en hield me goed op de hoogte.
