Four rounds of interviews with talent, peer, manager, skip level and CRO. Was a very fast process and clear in terms of expectations at each round. There was an onsite challenge included as part of the process. One of the better interview processes I have been a part of.

The interview process had a few stages, where competence, problem solving and fit was tested. It was a tough but comprehensive process structured to identify Behavox talent. The panel interview in particular made me sweat quite a bit.
