They asked the basic questions, went over your background history with previous jobs, and were very friendly and it was not an uptight interview. They explained the job opportunity thoroughly and explained the pre-training that you would have to undergo before starting if hired.

You fill out an application and meet with a local store manager/HR representative to discuss job responsibilities and qualifications. The manager then discusses the compensation, benefits, pay structure, and start date.
It was brief. I was asked about past work experience. I had already worked in retail before, so it wasn't anything new to me. The interviewer was very nice. I enjoyed meeting the person.
