I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
I applied online and waited about two or three days then I called and asked to speak with the hiring manager and asked for a follow up with application and she asked me to come in for an interview. Once I showed up for the interview, she asked me the basic interview questions and then offered me the job.
