I was contacted after emailing my cover letter and resume to set up a phone interview. She went over the program details since they have made some changes and it was mostly behavioral based questions. I really enjoyed my interview, she was very easy to talk to. Later that day, I was sent instructions to apply and complete a survey. Once that was completed, she set up a time for me to do another phone interview with the Director. The second phone interview went pretty fast. Like the previous interview it was mostly behavioral based questions and he spent a lot of time reviewing his experience at Belk.
