I applied online and was called for an interview two days later. I was offered the job at the end of the interview. I was interviewed by store manager and a sales manager.

Are you okay with getting customers to sign up for credit cards?
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.
