Interview process was rather smooth. Received phone call from a manager at the store to schedule first interview. First interview was about twenty minutes in length, whereas my past work experience and personal goals/activities outside of work were discussed. Very fun meeting, relaxed and casual atmosphere, manager was very personal and friendly. She called me the next day to setup the second interview with the store manager. Second interview was a little more formal, with more detailed questioning about my work experience, and questions more intricate and mostly 'what if' situations with the customers. Second manager also very friendly and kind, we even discussed more personal issues! Such a wonderful team! Although the interview process took about 10 days, it would've been closer to 4 or 5 had the store manager not been sick.
