went into the store in person and asked for an application. filled out paper application and turned it into assistant hiring manager. had an informal interview with the assistant manager about 4 days later and was hired on. the interview was fairly casual asking how I worked with others, and how i completed successful sales.
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.
