The interview was informal. It only 15 minutes and I met many other employees doing the interview. It was laid back and pretty a guarantee for the job. They asked me typical interview questions and some things that the company did that I liked.
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.
