One on one with manager. Wrote pay on a sheet of paper like it was a secret, which was weird. The store is filthy. Carpet needed to be replaced. Took them forever to perform the background check.
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.
