What did I know about Belk, and how would it benefit me and what did i like about the company. I applied as a sales associate and actually got hired as a specialist over a department. I love what i do, i am just looking for something new and fun with people. The hired me the next day and i have been there ever since, building clientele and new references. I have learned alot in school and all of my previous jobs.

I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.

It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
