I had a phone interview with Human Resources, then I met with the manager for my department. I was offered the job at the end of the interview. The process was simple and convenient.
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.
