I had a phone interview with my IT reciter who asked me some basic IT scenario questions. After that I was offered an on-site interview with the supervisor of the service desk as well as operations manager. The on-site interview we very laid back and was more like a conversation instead of a badgering interview format. After I completed the interview I was taken to a terminal for a skills assessment. There was some IT related questions but the majority was more of a problem solving questions. I was informed that I would hear something back from my recruiter, at the time of this post I haven’t had a call back.
As far as the interviewers I really like the image they parted regarding their business. I also think it would be a fantastic entry spot for someone who is just trying to get there foot into the IT industry.

Typical 2-interview process be prepared the interview had technical and customer service questions. was interviewed by two managers applied on indeed and got a response and interview pretty fast. Was told it could be a 2-3 interview process

I had two interviews that was done online via Microsoft Teams. Due to Covid-19
First interview was with HR and was very enjoyable was more of a stranded interview questions as well as some technical questions.
The next one was also online with outer management and including HR. I had some stranded interview questions as well as some technical questions.
My recommendation if you do not know the technical questions say you don't know but how you would find the information.
