First interview was with a recruiter via Google Meet. Second interview was with hiring managers via Google Meet. After second interview, three projects/tasks were assigned. No contact/communication after submitting the projects/tasks.

I had a really wonderful video interview with an HR representative. I was assured I was being moved on to the next round. I was ghosted. I am not sure why grown adults do this to people who are searching for employment?
