Applied online, the process was quick and the internal recruitment team were friendly. I had an interview arranged within 1 week. Informal 1st interview, general chat on past experiences and what the new role will entail. They outlined what the function of the team is and where this role fits in. Unfortunately I was informed that I would not be a good fit for the role based on the informal chat.
