I had applied for this position over two months ago. I had a phone interview that went well and they did say it would be a couple of weeks before the next step which would be in person interviews. Four days ago a BSB recruiter called me and set up 3 panel interviews with I think 9 people next week. She said she would send me their employment application and an assessment via email and be sure to check my spam folder. Two days ago I left her a message that I didn't receive the email. Today, which is one business day from the panel interviews, I get a call from my recruiter saying the bank's management has decided not to go forward with the panel interviews. My recruiter asked the BSB recruiter why, and she could only say she didn't know and it was an upper management decision. Many of the reviews for this bank indicate that the bank is disorganized and doesn't have their act together. My experience confirms this. It's a shame because I was well qualified for the position and I liked the bank's mission.
