Unprofessional. Stood me up for a phone interview. I emailed to ask why and they never responded. People take time to prep for interviews, you should have enough courage to cancel. I would reccomend people apply elsewhere. If this company can't extend courtesy during the interview process, they surely don't treat staff well.
