The process began online by identifying and applying for your desired role. This simply involved filling in a few questions and then uploading your CV. After a few weeks I was then emailed to notify that I would be partaking in a phone interview. The date and time of the interview was given and as expected I received a phone call and it was my interviewer, unknown to me at the time it was my manager who called me. The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes and was easy to follow. Once this was completed I was once again notified by email that I was successful and that I would need to attend an assessment centre. This involved creating a presentation and a team activity.
