Difficult to find the actual building. Should put up signs outside. Quick, smooth and normal interview. Very simple questions asked. Problem is the weight required to lift in the warehouse. They don't want to employ you if you can't lift 50 lb and it is for our own safety.

Came in for an in person interview. Had a meeting with the store am and he asked questions. Later took me around the store to show various departments. Later was told that i would be hearing from them. Decided not to take the offer but seems like a cool place.

Finally Best Buy doesn't require the dreaded personality test but after the application, you'll do an interview involving recording yourself. Once you're done, you may get an email scheduling an in-person interview. Once there, the manager was very nice and professional while he asked me a half dozen questions.
