I applied online, done a first-round phone screen with recruiter a couple of weeks later. Followed by another phone call (audio only) from the Hiring manager/Manager of the Team 1 week later. From the start of the call he seemed really uninterested and didn't want to be on the call. When it came to answering any questions I had about the role he didn't seem to be happy. He also said his favorite part of working at BestBuy was the staff discount.

the recruiter at the company contacted me over LinkedIn for phone interview. It was one of the typical interview that the recruiter just goes through the question, and does not know about the actual position.
