It was alright I got in a best buy and transferred to geek squad. So it was not a normal interview. Just be honest you don't need to know a lot about computers because it's surface level questions.

When there is a lull in the conversation, waiting for an update to finish/etc, how do you handle it?
Standard interview questions. They ask if you have tech knowledge but it is a plus and not required. Overall the job is more customer oriented than technical but they are more than willing to teach.
it was a very interesting interview, we talked about hitting sales goals and other things. the interview went very smoothly and i ended up getting the job which was nice
