The interview process is very in depth. I spent six hours at the store on my interview day. The process was a great opportunity to get to know leaders in various departments. The format is a formal interview with the owner, followed by a meet-and-greet with managers in each department. Formality after the first interview is low. Dress is business casual, jacket not required.
