Akin to interviewing at other discerning tech companies like Amazon and Uber, I had a recruiter phone screen, chat with the hiring manager, take-home exercise, loop with 5 employees and lastly interview with CTO and CEO. Entire process lasted 3-4 weeks and this was the most fun I've ever had during an interview process. Great conversations, extremely strong culture and screening for company values and impact behaviors.
