She asked me about my licensing and said they require esti license for all positions there regardless of if you're only doing lashes. She then asked my experience with lashes and what my goal was eventually of where I'd like to see myself. Asked what I'm most passionate about within beauty. Not sure why we even went through the process seeing as they don't tolerate visible tattoos or piercings but did not disclose that before the interview. This is a very conservative salon and unless you fit that image, I would suggest not even attempting to apply.
