1.Hr round
2.Followed by one manager - She was extremely nice and recommended me for next round
3. Presentation on any saas product, it would be good if it's related to rental industry ( in my case it was not), I cleared this round and moved forward to the next round
4. 2 back to back round with no time gap, In this I felt I rushed little bit to answer the questions in 1st round however 2nd round went extremely well even the panelist told me that she would recommend my name ,and I will have a round with CEO.
Anyhow I got rejected, the questions were behavioral questions and few about my previous company's work style
Even though I got rejected but everyone was super nice during the interview, I felt welcomed and really wanted to work for them

BEWARE
The first round was an HR screening. Followed by an assesment both of which I cleared or now I doubt if I was pushed through.
The problem with the discussion with the hiring manager was she was interested only in the internal workings of my present organization and tried to poach a lot of information which I did not realize until the end of the interview.
I urge other candidates to quote their non-disclosure agreements and beware of such unethical practices where companies interview you not to give you an offer but to gain insights about your previous/current organization.
I am not saying I don't have any shortcomings, I definitely do but the questions asked by the interviewer gives one a clear idea of what their practices are.
