I applied through indeed. First contact was through the phone and was set up with an in person interview a week after.
Company seems small and a start up. Environment seemed friendly. Never got a call back but I was pleased to get the interview.

Interview process was three tiered. One initial with recruiter, next one with a senior manager, and then one more with senior manager and high priority senior manager. (HP was the department I ended up working in.) First two interviews were phone, last one was zoom. Not too strenuous. But the third interview is longer, and asks more questions about how you would deal with conversations and customer interactions.

I applied online on 09/22/2024. I received an email and link to complete the assessments soon after. I then received an email regarding an interview request on 09/23/2024. I scheduled my phone interview for 09/26/2024. The interview went well, I am now waiting to hear back.
