I applied online and was contacted shortly after to set up a phone screen with an in house recruiter. The phone screen was mostly focused on my experience and how it related to Beyond Finance. No real technical questions. After the phone screen, the recruiter called me to schedule a video interview with the hiring manager. The questions included the same content as the phone screen and some behavioral questions about working in a high pace environment with not much hand holding through the work process. Following this interview, I was instructed to call the recruiter to discuss how I felt the interview went. The recruiter said she would be circling back with the hiring manager the next day and get me feedback regardless of their decision. I never heard back from the recruiter even with attempts to follow up. Overall the interview process felt pretty easy, but the company is currently lacking direction (they referred to this as "re-imagine") as they let go of hundreds of people earlier in the year and are attempting to recreate their product but don't seem to know what they want it to be. Also they seemed heavily focused on salary expectations as I was asked in both interviews what I was expecting.
