The interview process was very straightforward and the recruiter was very helpful in arranging everything. the interviews took place in 3 rounds. first round was a short call with a recruiter who basically asks general questions related to your work experience and your expectations from the role and the company. After this the next round was a 30 mins zoom call with the VP of flavor. Most of the interview questions were related to my prior research and work experience. All questions were technical. after this they will let you know if you are selected for the final round which is a zoom interview with the beyond meat team. The final interview was a 3 hour long zoom call in which you are asked to present a 45-1 hours presentation about your past projects ( 45 mins to present your work and 10-15 mins about what you can offer to the company). After this the interviewers were divided into separate groups and you will get 30 mins each to do a one on one interview with different groups. the questions asked were mostly related to my previous background in addition to some behavioural questions.
